Community Pool
The Murphy Creek Metro District 3 Community Pool, located behind the Community Center at 23801 East Florida Avenue, Aurora, CO is available to District residents for use in accordance with the District's Rules and Regulations. The Rules and Regulations can be found here, and they MUST be signed and returned to the management company each year.
The Community Pool will open for the 2024 season on May 25, 2024, and close on September 2, 2024. Pool hours are 10:00 am - 8:00 pm, and lifeguards will be provided during those times until August 6, 2024. Beginning August 9, 2024, lifeguard time will be limited to Fridays from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm and Saturdays and Sundays from noon to 7:00 pm through September 2, 2024.
To use the pool, please download the 2024 Amenity Access Packet for pool details and complete instructions for use. The Amenity Rules and Regulations are available on pages 6 and 7 of the packet, or you can download just those 2 pages here.
NOTE: Unlike the Community Center, the Community Pool CANNOT be reserved for private functions.
