Homeowner Responsibilities

Homeowners' primary responsibilities are to:  accept, read, and appropriately act on communications received from the District; understand the District's responsibilities; understand the differences between the Metro District and the various HOAs; pay Operations and Maintenance fees in a timely manner; use appropriate channels to communicate District questions and concerns; and attend District board meetings.
