2022 Murphy Creek Fee Guide

Murphy Creek is governed by four organizations:  Metro District #3, Master HOA, The Parkways, and The Townhomes.

For a complete breakdown of the four organizations, their fees, their responsibilities, and their management companies, please review the 2022 Murphy Creek Fee Guide.

Election Information

The Metro District 3 election scheduled for Tuesday, May 3, 2022 will be canceled, as there are no more candidates than vacant seats, making this an uncontested election.

Due to the cancellation, those candidates who ran are deemed to be elected.

Community Center Status

The Community Center remains closed due to HVAC problems.

The heating is now working well enough to prevent frozen pipes, but there are still some remaining issues with the HVAC system.

At a Special Board Meeting on Monday, February 21, 2022, the Board approved the replacement of at least 2 of the 3 furnace and AC units.  These replacements must occur before the Community Center can be reopened.

When the status of the Community Center changes, we will update this web page with that information.

If you still have questions, please submit those questions via the Contact Us page.
