As there were not more candidates for director than offices to be filled, the special election to be held on May 7, 2024, has been canceled.  For more details, please visit the Election Info page.

District 3 coupon books will be sent to all owners who are NOT on automatic recurring payments in TownSq, once the budget for 2024 has been finalized. Due to the Special Session held by the Colorado Legislature in November 2023, the final assessed valuation isn’t expected to be received from Arapahoe County until late December, meaning the budget may change.

The Operations and Maintenance fee is anticipated to remain at $60 per month. Please remit your payment, without the payment coupon, via check to the address below. As a reminder, the fee is due on the 1st of each month and considered late if not received by the 15th of the month. Since the Operations and Maintenance fee is not anticipated to change, late fees will be assessed if payment is not received by the due date.

Please make sure your check is made payable to Murphy Creek Metro District No. 3 and that your account number is on the check. This will assist Goodwin in making sure your payment is applied to the correct account.

If you pay electronically through TownSq, you’ll still be able to do so.

The Operations & Maintenance fee (O&M) is $60 per month.  This fee is due on the 1st of each month, and it is considered late if payment is not received by the 15th of the month.  Late fees will be assessed for all late payments.

 

Please be sure to contact Goodwin & Company to receive your account number, and then use your account number to register on the District's Town Square.  After you register, it can take up to 15 days for your balance and options to populate. 

 

Once populated, you can pay online with ACH for a $1.50 processing fee or $1.50 processing fee plus 3% if using a credit card.

 

The free options are to mail a check to the address below, or to setup auto pay directly from your own bank.  To avoid late fees, please be sure to send your payment in enough time to reach Goodwin & Company prior to the 15th of the month.
