Please note: the District is responsible for: maintenance of District Amenities (pool, community center, community garden, tennis courts, tot lots, monuments, common areas); collections of Operations & Maintenance fees ($60/month); and repayment of the bond debt via associated mill levy on property taxes.
The District is not responsible for and has no control over HOA functions, such as: covenant enforcement; paint, shed, deck, roof, solar applications; trash collection; refinance documents; Social Committee; and Community Projects.
